Format Description: This first-time tournament features an
innovative bidding system where players are matched up by their bids. The
scenario goes 14 turns, up to the end of July/August 1943. Taking
Moscow in 1941 garners an Axis win while 4 VPs, using the black line, gain a win
for the Germans at the end of the scenario.
